If making a complaint, please include as many details as possible about the trip or situation. Many of the details we require can be found on the paper ticket, or the back of a MyBus or MyMulti ticket.

Which direction were you headed in OR what was your destination OR were you travelling inbound or outbound? (On a paper ticket, the word INBOUND or OUTBOUND is printed. On the back of a MyBus or MyMulti ticket, the 3rd printed item on the left is an 'i' or an 'o')

Found above the driver at the front of the bus - 2 capital letters and 4 numbers

 

A bus licence plate is MO or mo ____ followed by 3 or 4 digits, 4 digits followed by ST or MO. On many buses, this 4 digit number can also be found on either side of the bus exterior and inside the bus, at the front. It's also printed on paper tickets at top left hand corner and on the back of MyBus or MyMulti tickets on the far right.
