If you have lost something in transit use the details below to contact the transport operator where you left your property. Your property will be more easily identified if you can give a good description. Details such as brand, model, colour, serial number or any distinguishing feature will be useful. Charges may apply for retrieving lost property.

For urgent lost property outside of business hours (for example, essential medical equipment) call 131500 (24 hours).

Property found onboard Sydney Buses is kept at the depot where the bus is based. Each depot has a Lost Property office open between 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday for enquiries and collection.
