How do I report Bus Shelter faults?

To report faults with JC Decaux shelters - such as broken glass - please call the 24 hour fault-reporting hotline: (02) 9565 9929.

Customers will need to advise of the description of where the shelter that needs attention is, i.e. Street and nearest cross street and/or landmark. Any other bus shelters, including infrastructure such as lighting, seats, etc are usually the responsibility of the local council. Please inform them directly of any issues. Bus companies are responsible for the actual timetable information displays at bus stops.

You can obtain TTY response for hearing and speech impaired customers by calling 1800 637 500.
