The TravelPass gives you unlimited travel around Sydney using a combination of CityRail trains, Sydney Buses and Sydney Ferries. To determine the TravelPass you need and for details of the boundaries, click here.

Weekly TravelPasses are available to purchase from:

• Most CityRail stations (NB:CityRail Stations do not sell the Pittwater TravelPass)
• SydneyBuses TransitShops (excluding Railway Square)
• Authorised Ticket Agents displaying the Sydney Buses ticket stop flag (including many newsagents)
• Sydney Ferries Ticket Offices at Circular Quay and Manly Wharves

TravelPass Tickets

Tickets purchased from CityRail Stations and Sydney Ferries Ticket Offices are active upon purchase, but those purchased from a Sydney Buses ticket agent or TransitShop do not become active until first use.

If a TravelPass ticket is first activated after 3pm, the expiry date is the current date plus seven days. All tickets are valid until 4am the morning after the expiry date and are non-transferable.

Quarterly and Yearly TravelPasses are also available, at an even greater saving and are available at selected CityRail Train Stations. Application forms can also be downloaded from the CityRail website or Sydney Buses website. Concessions are not available on the quarterly or yearly TravelPasses.

TravelPass tickets cannot be used for:

• T-Way services
• Sydney Explorer services
• Bondi Explorer services
• Harbour Cruises
• Manly Jetcat services
• Special Event services on Sydney Buses or Sydney Ferries
• Private Buses
• Entry/Exit into Green Square, Mascot, Domestic and International Stations - a station access fee applies.
