Parents travelling to the School Spectacular are reminded to purchase a transport ticket before travelling as tickets to this event do not include travel on public transport.
The closest station to the Sydney Entertainment Centre is Central Station.
Walk through the Western Forecourt gardens of Central Station until you reach the intersection of Lee, Pitt and George streets. Head west, cross Lee
Street and then George Street. You should now be standing on the corner of Quay and George streets. Walk straight down Quay Street – the Entertainment Centre is approximately a 10-15 minute walk at the end of this street.

Important trackwork information
Upgrading work takes place on CityRail lines on a regular basis and it is sometimes necessary to alter train services or replace train services with buses. Buses are replacing trains on the following lines:
North Shore Line (weekend): buses replace trains between Berowra and Wynyard.
Northern Line (weekend): buses replace trains between Epping and Chatswood.
South Coast Line (weekend): buses replace trains between Bomaderry (Nowra) and Wollongong.
Airport & East Hills Line (weekend): Buses replace trains between East Hills and Kingsgrove.

Monorail
Disembark at Haymarket Station directly adjacent to the Sydney Entertainment Centre. The Monorail arrives at each station every 3-5 minutes.

Disembark at Haymarket Station directly adjacent to the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Metro Light Rail operates every 10-15 minutes from Central Station.

There are around 10,000 spaces within a 10 minute walk of the Sydney Entertainment Centre. The closest are:
• Wilson Entertainment Carpark - Located on Darling Drive directly behind the Centre providing spaces for over 1900 cars. Ph: 9264 1624
• Exhibition Centre Carpark - Located on Darling Drive providing spaces for 750 cars. Short stroll to the Centre. Ph: 9282 5000
• Carlton Crest Car Parking Station - Located on Thomas Street, Haymarket, next door to the Carlton Crest Hotel, providing spaces for 330 cars. Minutes walk to the Entertainment Centre.

CityRail
Circular Quay, Wynyard, Town Hall and Central stations are all wheelchair accessible.
Sydney Buses
54% of State Transit’s fleet are now wheelchair accessible, and each new bus introduced into the fleet will increase the number of wheelchair accessible buses. Features of these buses include wide doors, wide aisles and space for two mobility aides such as wheelchairs, some ride-on scooters and prams or strollers.
Sydney Ferries
The entire Sydney Ferries fleet is wheelchair accessible via the 23 wheelchair accessible ferry wharves (pending tidal and safety conditions) For more information please click here.
