Access point-to-point travel information using only transport services and stops or stations rated as accessible. Alternatively, call 131 500 - hours of operation 6.00am-10.00pm, 7 days a week.
Blind and visually impaired persons
Travel free on CityRail, Sydney Buses, Sydney Ferries and Newcastle Buses and Ferries if you hold a vision impaired person’s pass.
Companion Card
The new Companion Card entitles NSW and interstate residents (from participating states) with significant and lifelong disabilities to bring an attendant with them on public transport free of charge.

Guide dogs and registered assistance animals are permitted on public transport services at all times.
