Current Service Status Friday 2 November 2012

TRAINS
Some trains heading out of the city on the Northern, Western and Newcastle & Central Coast lines are up to 15 minutes late after a medical emergency at Town Hall and a staffing issue at Hornsby earlier this afternoon.

South Coast Line – Buses replace trains between Bomaderry (Nowra) and Oak Flats.

BUSES
Buses are up to 15 minutes late through Liverpool after a car accident on the Hume Highway at Rose Street.

FERRIES
Low tides mean buses replace ferries between Parramatta and Rydalmere for services due to depart Parramatta at 7:15pm and 7:55pm.

EVENTS
Western Sydney Wanderers v Melbourne Heart at Parramatta Stadium
All tickets to tonight’s match include entry and travel to and from the game on CityRail, Sydney Buses services, Liverpool to Parramatta T-way buses and Sydney Ferries.

Sculpture by the Sea – Bondi to Tamarama -- until Sunday 4 November
With heavy traffic expected, visitors are advised to use public transport - catch a train to Bondi Junction and a bus to Bondi Beach. Extra buses will be operating this weekend.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Horse Racing: VRC Derby Day at Rosehill Gardens - Saturday 3 November
No trains will operate to Rosehill due to trackwork, with buses running instead between Carlingford and Clyde stations. Shuttle buses will also operate to Rosehill Gardens from Strathfield and Parramatta stations.

Cycling: MS Sydney to the Gong charity ride - Sunday 4 November 
Extra trains will be operating from the Illawarra to Sydney to get riders to the start lines, and additional services will also be running to get people back home.

WEEKEND TRACKWORK & TIMETABLE CHANGES
Trackwork will affect the Bankstown LineInner West LineSouth LineWestern LineCumberland LineCarlingford LineOlympic Park Line and Blue Mountains Line.
