Timetable changes will be introduced across Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra, South Coast, Western, and Blue Mountains lines on the CityRail network from Sunday 21 October 2012.

Improvements to your journey include:

• New daily express return train operating between Bathurst and Central
• Additional peak services on the Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line
• Faster journey times for some peak services on the Blue Mountains Line
• Additional peak services on the Western Line 
• Additional carriages on some weekend South Coast and Newcastle & Central Coast line services.
