Metrobus Network

13 Routes - 8,000 services - Seven Days a Week - Across Sydney

Metrobuses depart every 10 minutes during peak hours and every 15-20 minutes during the day, in the evening and on weekends. The Metrobus network reaches as far as Parramatta, Bankstown and Liverpool in the west, Hornsby in the north, Bondi Junction and Coogee in the east, Hurstville and Sutherland to the south of Sydney's CBD.

Tickets

Normal MyZone bus fares apply on Metrobus services.  All Metrobus services accept 'Mybus', 'Mymulti', Pensioner Excursion Tickets and school bus passes. 

 

PrePay-only Metrobus 

Metrobus M10, M20, M30, M40 and M50 are PrePay-only, tickets need to be purchased before boarding the bus.  No tickets are sold on the bus.  PrePay tickets can be purchased from over 1,600 ticket resellers including newsagents, convenience stores, Post Offices and CityRail ticket windows.  Resellers display the MyZone / PrePay sign.
