Many newsagents and convenience stores are resellers for MyBus, MyMulti and MyFerry tickets. These outlets can be identified by looking for MyZone or PrePay signage.
Single bus tickets can be purchased from the bus driver except for PrePay only services. MyFerry tickets are available from Circular Quay and Manly wharves or on board the ferry.
CityRail station ticket offices and ticket vending machines sell MyTrain and selected MyMulti tickets and in the Newcastle area the weekly Green TravelPass.
Longer term MyTrain and MyMulti tickets can be purchased online from CityRail.
Family Funday Sunday tickets can be purchased from CityRail ticket offices and ticket vending machines, onboard buses, excluding PrePay only services, Sydney Ferries ticket offices as well as newsagents and convenience stores.
Pensioner Excursion tickets can can be purchased from CityRail ticket offices, onboard buses, excluding PrePay only services, Sydney Ferries ticket offices as well as ticket resellers displaying MyZone or PrePay signage.
TransitShops
TransitShops are information kiosks located at major bus interchanges in the Sydney CBD that provide information on bus services in Sydney.
The kiosks are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm weekdays with the Circular Quay kiosk also open from 8:30am to 5:00pm on weekends and public holidays.
TransitShops provide information on tickets and timetables, free printed timetables and brochures, ticket sales and ticket return envelopes for faulty tickets. Please note that TransitShops cannot replace faulty tickets.
